ThruLink 3 standard capacity firmware update

  1. Rework the version numbering to be in sync with other firmware releases.
  2. Enable table tabs within Tunnel Info and Subnets. This deals with displaying large networks.
  3. Enable console interface to allow for system factory default reset.
  4. Validate configuration during bootup. In the event of corruption, load the factory defaults.
